WELCOME TO DEAN
FUNCTION IN HAMILTON [from our own correspondent! HAMILTON, Wednesday A cordial welcome was extended to Dean T. P. Weatherhog by the parishioners of St. Peter's Cathedral parish at a social gathering to-night. Bishop C. A. Cherrington presided over a large attendance, representative of all parts of the cathedral district. In welcoming the dean, Bishop Cherrington made appreciative referenco to the excellent work which had been done by the various Church organisations during the three .years he had been acting-dean. He wished Dean and Mrs. Weatherhog every happiness in Hamilton. Other representative churchpeople also spoke and the dean replied. A musical programme was given.
