MAORI FOR SENTENCE
(BY TELEGRAPH OWN correspondent] KAITAIA, Tuesday In the Police Court at Kaitaia today, Henry William King, a Maori, was charged with unlawful carnal knowledge of a native girl under the age of 16 years. Accused is a widower, and the girl concerned is the sister of his late wife. King pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
