MR. LYONS' INTENTION SYDNEY. Feb. 11 The Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, announces that before his departure for« London he intends to appoint a Royal Commission to inquire into the banking and monetary systems, also into the Douglas credit plan.
