CHARGE DENIED
A plea of not guilty was entered by Robert Richard Anstice, aged 49, when he appeared for trial before Mr. Justice Herdman and a jury, in the Supreme Court yesterday, on a charge of indecently assaulting a girl of six years at Devonport on December 29. Mr. R. Meredith conducted the case for the Crown and Mr. Noble appeared for accused. The Court adjourned until this morning before the evidence was completed.
