DEAR BOYS AND GIRLS,— Holidays are now but a joyous memory for most of you, but our special page to-day will be a reminder of all the fun and good times that have en c once more in the same old way—the treading of the road back to school. I don't think the Letter-box has ever been crammed more full of letters telling me of your good times, and another particularly happy section of its contents haa'been the " Beautiful Days " contest entries. 1 have been so busy reading all the scores of letters that I have not been able to read the other items, but some of them will appear in our page next week and in following Many of you have sent me happy holiday wishes in your letters, but i have not been able to arrange my holiday yet, although I hope to be able to do so very soon, so if you do not see the weekly letter for a few Saturdays you will know that I, too, have left the hot, noisy city for tka cool beauty o the mountains and forests. You would never guess where I hope to go this time, but, of course, I will tell you all about it when I ireturn,] tr ack. you to know something of the out-of-the-way places, far from the tracks of the ordinary tourist resorts.
