ELDERLY MAN'S OFFENCE
On a .charge of indecently assaulting a girl of eight years, an elderly man. Alan Alexander Cuthbertson, was found guilt}' by a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday. The trial was held before Mr. Justice Herdman. Mr. R. Meredith appearing for the Crown and Mr. Noble for accused.
Prisoner was stood down for sentence
