NEW ZEALAND DEBENTURES In supplement to the summary of the report of Mr. Justice Halse Rogers, of New South Wales, concerning a number of trust companies, which was published on January 18, Mr. J. W. S. McArthur wishes the following three statements of the commissioner to be emphasised (1) That he would not advise New Zealland debenture-holders to reject the proposed reconstruction plan. (2) That he considered the view of the New Zealand debenture-holders thereon should be taken.
(3) That the matter was one which concerned the debenture-holders alone.
