NEW PACT APPROVED
FRENCH GOVERNMENT SUBMISSION TO PARLIAMENT PARIS, Jan. 10 The new Franco-Italian pact negotiated by the Foreign Minister, M. Laval, with the Prime Minister of Italy, Signor Mussolini, in Rome recently, has been approved by Cabinet. It has authorised M. Laval to submit it to Parliament for ratification.
