"NAUGHTY MARIETTA"
W. S. Van Dyke has been assigned the director of ' "Naughty Marietta," Metro-Goidwyn Mayer's film version of Victor Herbert's famous operetta, with Jeanette Mac Donald and Nelson Eddy in the leading roles. With such songs as "I'm Falling in Lovo with Someone" and "Ah, Sweet Mystery of Life" among its song numbers, the vivid drama of Louisiana in the old days is to be given a lavish production. Frank Morgan has been assigned the character comedy role of the Governor of Louisiana.
