CHURCH CONFERENCE

[FItOM oun OWNiCORRESrONDKN'r] HAMILTON, Thursday A further 33 delegates arrived today .at the North New Zealand Conference of Seventh Day Adventists, now being held at the Claudelands Showgrounds, making a total of 190, representing 25 of the 30 churches in the Nortli Island. The total number of people at the camp ia over 600 and they are accommodated in a miniature city, comprising 170 tents, complete with largo marquees for meetings, a community kitchen, and grocery and book shops. Reports regarding Young People's and Home Missions' work were presented to-day by the secretary of these divisions, Mr. H. A. L. Freeman, and both reports showed that good progress had been made during the year. An address was given in the evening by Pastor C. A. Paap.
