AIR LEAGUE'S SCHEME ASSISTANCE TO YOUNG MEN (Received January 10, 12.5 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 9 The Air League, in an effort to enable comparatively poor young men to learn to fly, is starting, a "Young Pilots' Fund," to -which candidates will be able t-o subscribe weekly. The league will double the amount collected. Its aim is to assist 800 young men every year to learn to fly. The Secretary of State for Air, the Marquess of Londonderry, has approved the scheme.
