WORLD'S SMALLEST RACING CAR A tiny racing machine, the Gnat, capable of 120 miles an hour, has been built for Mr. J. Reville, small-track champion of Great Britain. The little car was, of course, specially designed, and is the first of a fleet to be built for cinder-track car racing.
