BIBLE CLASS CAMP

METHODIST DELEGATES

[from our own* correspondent]

PUKEKOHE, Friday

About 00 delegates from Methodist Bible Classes in tho Auckland district and other parts of tho North Island have assembled at Wesley College, where they are enjoying five days' camping in the college buildings. Study circles meet each day.

A forum of all in camp opened its sessions yesterday under the chairmanship of the Rev. C. I. Laurenson. "The Causes of War " was the subject of an informative address by Mr. J. V. Burton.

Devotional and recreational periods alternate, and a great spirit of fellowship prevails at tho camp. All the members are over 18 years of age and are leaders or prospective leaders of Bible Classes. Similar camps aro being held at Marton and Christchurch and another is also to be held at Wesley College from January 25 to January 30, it being found impracticable to accommodate at the one timo all the delegates selected to attend tho Auckland district camp.
