DORSET HORN SHEEP
Sir, —With regard to Mr. Threlkeld's remarks on Dorset Horn sheep, the,\ are kept by certain farmers in England because this breed has two crops of lambs a year. These lambs are houseled in winter, and fetch a high price on the London market when no other fresh lamb is procurable. Of course, the demand is limited ow ing to price.
