FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT
CORONER OPENS INQUEST An inquest into the death of Mrs. Alice Brierly, aged 62, of 9 Scliofield Street, Grey Lynn, which occurred at the Auckland Hospital on Wednesday, was opened by the coroner, Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., yesterday. Mrs. Brierly was admitted to the hospital suffering from concussion and abrasions, as a result of being struck by a motor-car in Surrey Crescent on Monday afternoon. After evidence of identification had been heard the inquest was adjourned sine die.
