FLOOD WARNING ISSUED NEW SOUTH WALES RAINS SYDNEY, Dec. 11 Shipping has been lashed by storms which hav© swept the whole of the New South Wales coast. Several coastal vessels were forced to return to port after leaving Sydney Harbour. Coastal areas liavo experienced torrential rain. The State meteorologist has issued a flood warning. The first week in December was the coldest ever recorded for that month in Sydney, while the rainfall for the first four days exceeded the average December rainfall.
