TAURANGA NEWS
Mrs. T. Lloyd, Auckland, is visiting relatives in Tauranga. Mrs. Reid, New Plymouth, is visiting her daughter, Mrs? A. Breward, Sixth Avenue. Mrs. Morrow, Hauraki Plains, is spending a holiday in Tauranga. Mrs. James Hay, Christchurch, has arrived on a visit to Tauranga. A surprise party visited the home of Miss Peterson, the district nurse, who is to leave the district shortly on transfer. Bridge was played, thi prize-winners being Mrs. Braund (first), Miss Peterson (hidden number) u Miss Watson (consolation). Thosd present were: —Mrs. Ripley, Mrs. Braund (Auckland), Mrs. Ingham, Mrs. 11. Wallace, Mrs. McPetrie, Mrs. Doherty, Miss Thorpe, Miss Tait, Miss Eileen Johnston, Miss Jackson, Miss Watson, Miss Bull.
