LOSSES ON CONTRACTS Losses on building contracts were given as causes of his bankruptcy by J. F. Prince, builder, of Te Awamutti, at a meeting of his creditors held in Auckland yesterday before Mr. V. R. Crowhurst, official assignee at Hamilton. A deficiency of £2 was shown, debts to unsecured creditors totalling £399 and assets £397. In his statement bankrupt said he had been in the building trade all his life. He had recently made losses on contracts, and had suffered ill-health. The meeting lapsed as there was not a quorum, and the official assignee said another meeting would be held at Te Awamutu.
