Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 9 of "The Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33," that, at a meeting of the Auckland Harbour Board to be held on THURSDAY, the 3rd day of January, 1935, it is proposed to confirm the resolutions adopted at the Special Meeting of the Board held on 11th December, 1934, whereby, under the Authority of the said Act and of Orders-in-Council in that behalf dated 10th December, 1934, the Board has resolved to issue, new securities in conversion of the existing securities to which the said Act and Orders-in-Council apply; the Conversion to take effect from 9th January, 1935.
