ANNUAL ROSE SHOW Members of the Ladies' Guild were the stallholders at the St. Andrew's parish annual rose show, which was held in Cambridge on Thursday and Friday. A great variety of dainty and useful products had been prepared as follows:—Cake, stall, Mesdames J. C. Allan, A. ,T. Law and A. Pearce; kitchen stall, Mrs. A. Holmes; sweets, Mesdames C. and E. H. Leigh and the Misses R. Souter, N. Armstrong, M. Hicks and Speake; plain and fancy stall, Mesdames F. Payze, Entwisle, Nicholson, Rowe, Souter and C. W. Clark; novelty stall, Miss G. Brann and Mrs. A. H. Nicoll; produce, Mesdames J. Hooker, E. R. Lee, R. C. Glemow and Misses A. Cox and Jackson. Mrs. W. Vosper, who has been staying with her daughter, Mrs. G. Mills, of Ngahinapouri, has returned home. M rs. Z. Harper, of Auckland, is spending a few days with her sister, Mrs. D. J. Lundon. Mrs. Allan Scott, of Taupiri, has returned home after a holiday spent in Cambridge. Miss M. Peake, who has been visiting her mother, Mrs. C. Peake, has returned to Christchurch. Miss Betty Hetherington, of Morrinsville, has been spending a few days in Cambridge, and other visitors to the town include Mrs. E. Jenkins, of Morrinsville, Mr. and Miss Leaning, of Takapuna, and Miss Hooper, of Auckland.
