HIGHER SCORING GENERAL [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Sunday The third eerieß of matches played under {Be auspices of the Hamilton Cricket Association was commenced yesterday. Scoring was higher, but often very slow. Old Boys and Hamilton ocoupied the wickets most of the afternoon in their games in the senior A grade, while- in the senior B each team had a strike. The results are as follows; SENIOR A GRADE Hamilton v. Hamilton East.—Hamilton: First innings, 168 (J. Pomeroy 70, N. Winger 85, A. Lissette 27). Hamilton East bowling: 8. A. R. Badeley five for 54, Cr, Clough two for 15. Hamilton East: First innings, 20 for no wickets. Old Boys v. Claudelands—pld Boys: First innings. 224 (S. E. Senior 84, M. Clark 63, L. G.
