M. POINCARE'S FUNERAL
PRIME [MINISTER'S TRIBUTE \ (Received October 21, 6.45 p.m.) PARIS. Oct. 21 Describing the late. M. Poincaro as perhaps the greatest French citizen since 1870, the Prime Minister, M. Doumergue, in a funeral oration, said by his and M. Barthou's deaths France ' would lose her head and heart. Tho funeral, which was attended by foreign representatives and ambassadors, was a most impressive ceremony.
