VISIT TO RUSSIA
WORKERS' DELEGATE FINAL SELECTION MADE [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION"] WELLINGTON, Sunday A boilermaker at the Hutt railway workshops, Mr. P. E. Warner, has been finally selected as the railway workers' delegate to visit Russia to investigate the conditions of workers there. Mr. Warner is a member of the board of management of the Petone Technical College. The workers' delegation is booked to leave by the liner Remuera from Auckland on October 27.
