CRASH IN THE SEA
AMERICAN AEROPLANE ONE OCCUPANT DROWNED NEW YORE. Oct. Hi A large hydroplane, the occupants of which were attempting to make contact with the liner Washington, 700 miles from New York, in order to pick up a newsreel picture of the Marseilles assassinations, crashed a mile from the vessel.
One of the six men in the machine was drowned. The others were rescuegj A wing of the aeroplane wan sever el damaged by a large wave.
