AEROPLANE MISSING
NINE PEOPLE ON BOARD TASMANIA-MELBOURNE TRIP (Received October 20. 12.25 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Oct. 19 A mail and passenger aeroplane which left Tasmania for Melbourne to-day is missing. It is feared that it has fallen into the s€i? in Bass Strait. It is understood that there were nine passengers on board.
