LEAGUE OF MOTHERS
Mount Albert.—An address was given by the Rev. C. G. Scrimgeour to members of the Mount Albert branch of the League of Mothers. Mrs. Turner presided. Mrs. Harvey sang, her accompaniments being played by Mrs. Leather. Mrs. Beecroft recited, and Mrs. M. Turner read an article upon the training of children. Mrs. Deacon, senr., was tea convener, the hostesses being Mrs. Batkin and Mrs. Sharpies.
