MEDICAL STUDENTS
LIMITATION AT OTAGO INVESTIGATION REQUESTED [BY TELEGRAPH— SPECIAL REPORTER] WELLINGTON. Friday The limitation of entrants to the Medical School at Otago University was again referred to in the House of Representatives to-dav, when Mr. W. E Barnard (Labour—Napier) addressed an urgent question on the subject to the Prime Minister. Mr. Forbes. Mr. Barnard asked the Minister if he would investigate the position fully in the light of the community's requirements and make a considered statement on the iiubject. The Prime Minister said the Government had noit yet received any official communication on the subject from the University of Otago. the body controlling the medical school. He would be glad tp institute inquiries, and on the receipt of information to consider Mr. Barnard's suggestions.
