SCHOOL STATUS RAISED
DECISION AT CHRIST CHURCH [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHHISTCHURCH, Friday After a lively discussion to-day the Canterbury Education Board decided that the West Christchurcli District fechool should be raised to the status of a full high school, and that an intermediate school should be established elsewhere in the district. Finality was thus reached on a controversial subject.
