WHANGAREI COMPETITIONS [from our own correspondent] WHANGAREI, Monday There was a very large attendance of members on the Whangarei Bowling Club's greens on Saturday afternoon, the weather being fine and the greens in good order. OPENING AT MANURE WA Splendid conditions were experienced on Saturday, when the Manurewa Bowling Club opened its season. The president, Mr. W. Smith, extended a welcome to the visitors.
