LOCAL BUTTER PRICES
REDUCTION OF A PENNY A reduction of Id per lb. in the local prices of all grades of butter will become effective to-day. The new wholesale net prices will bo 9d for finest and first grades, Sd for second grade, and 7d for whey butter. Rets.il prices are generally 2d per lb. higher than the wholesale rates.
