IMPRISONMENT FOR MAORI [by telegraph—own correspondent] TAUEANGA, Saturday A Maori named AVhakakc Ngatai wa« charged in the Police Court this morning with stealing a mare -rained, at; - > the property of another Maori. The police stated "that accused so the mare for £O, Accused pleaded guilty and as s tenced to two months' imprisonme An order was made for the return the horse to the owner.
