REMAINS REINTERRED CEREMONIAL IN VIENNA (Received September 30, 7.5 p.m.) VIENNA, Sept. 29 Five hundred thousand people witnessed the removal of the bodies of the late Monsignor Seipel (a former Chancellor), and Dr. Dollfuss, to the memorial chapel -which Dr. Dollfuss originally intended to be the burial place of his mentor, Mo.ssignor Seipel. On visiting ib a few days before his death he expressed a -wish also to be buried there. Elaborate metal coffins were conveyed through the streets of the capital, which were lined by torch-bearers. Every window contained a lighted candle as a sign of mourning.
