Sept. 25 A general strike was declared in Algeciras, Southern Spain, to-day. Strikers seized and burned a motor-bus and tho passengers were compelled to walk 10 miles.
Troops are escorting visitors from hotels to boats. English girls are helping hotelkeepers to serve meals.
The yiland tours of the Narkunda's passengers have been cancelled owing to the danger of interference.
