THROWN FROM HORSE
MAN SERIOUSLY HURT Concussion was suffered by a shepherd, Mr. E. Edgocumbe, aged 30, single, early yesterday morning, when he was thrown from his horse on a farm at Helensville. The horse also rolled on him, causing injuries to his riba. A St. John ambulance was summoned and the injured man was taken to the Auckland Hospital. His condition last evening was reported to be serious.
