PACIFIC CHAMPIONSHIPS PERRY STILL IN SINGLES (Received September 21, 8.45 p.m.) LOS ANGELES. Sept. 20 In the Pacific South-West lawn tennis championships to-day the men's singles resulted as/follows: —Van Ryn defeated Kirby, 6—l, 6 —2; Perry defeated Hines, 6—4, 6—2. In the men's doubles Lott and Stoefen defeated Riggs and Bartosh, 6 —4, 6 —B, 7—5; Shields and Muelheisen defeated Menzel and Kirby, 6 —3, 11 —9. The combined doubles resulted:— Menael and Miss Dorothy Bundy defeated Lott'and Miss Ryan, 6—4, 6 —l; - Kirby and Miss James defeated Van Ryn and Mrs. Van Ryn, I—6, 6—o, 6—3; Perry and Miss Nuthall defeated / Shields and Miss Sharp, 7—5, 6—B, 6— ■: *
