NORTHERN WAIROA SCHEME [from our own correspondent] DAKGAVILLE, Friday A conference between representatives of the Hobson and Otamatea County Councils will be held next Wednesday to consider a proposal to establish a traffic ferry across the Northern W a iron River between Raupo and Tikinui.
