HEATHER ANGEL CONTRACT
Heather Angel, the English actress, who is under a long term contract to Universal, makes her first appearance in " Romance in the Rain," the romantic comedy, with music by the authors of " Moonlight and Pretzels." With Miss Angel appear Roger Pryor, Victor Moore, Esther Ralston, Ruth Donnelly and Henry Armetta. Plans mi^ er . r season's pictures include The Mystery of Edwin Drood " and It Happened in New York."
