SOVEREIGNTY QUESTION NO INFRINGEMENT BROOKED (Received September 20, 5.15 p.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 1» The Foreign Minister, Baron von Neurath, declared to-day that Imperialistic aims are out of the question for Germany. Nevertheless she would not tolerate an infringement in future of her sovereignty in the Saar.
