THIRD RACE POSTPONED LACK OF SUFFICIENT WIND NEW YORK, Sept. 19 The third race for the America's Cup, which was to have started at 10.30 a.m. to-day, was postponed, owing to lack of wind. A message from Quebec states that Captain Angus Walters, of the Blue Nose, unbeaten champion of tho Nova Scotian fishing banks, has declared his readiness to race either Endeavour or Rainbow.
