CITY ART GALLERY TO BE REOPENED TO - DAY AFTER BEING RENOVATED A photograph taken at the Art Gallery yesterday when the pictures were being hung in preparation for the reoppning to-day. The Art Gallery has been closed for about three weeks, during which time the walls have been repainted in a more suitable colour to provide a better background for the pictures.
