NOKOMAI OPTION LONDON GROUP'S ACCEPTANCE [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] DUNEDIN, Wednesday Industries, Limited, has received advice from London that the areas held by the Nokomai Gold Mining Company, Limited, with certain areas above the Nokomai claim, together with areas known as Cameron's Freehold and the Mataura area, a total of approximately 10CO acres, have now been accepted by a group of London underwriters. All the documents and reports necessary to complete the transaction have been received. Information received by Industries, Limited, is to the effect that the underwriting of the issue has been completed and that it is anticipated the acceptance of the Nokomai option with the other areau mentioned will be completed before September .29. [At the annual meeting of the Nokemai Company held in June, Mr. H. L. Gill, chairman of directors, stated that an option had been granted to an English syndicate for the purchase of the company's property, plant and claims for £39,000 cash in New Zealand currency and £26,000 in fully paid shares of 23 each.] YIELDS OF COMPANIES - .
