SQUADRON FROM ENGLAND DETECTING DRUG SMUGGLERS (Received September 16. 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 15 A second squadron of new Avro military biplanes for the Egyptian Army air force will be flown to Cairo qn Monday from Lympne. The machines are to supplement the existing squadron and flight of Moth aeroplanes used to detect the smuggling of drugs on the Mediterranean coast.

Hakl# Bey, the Egyptian charge d'affaires in London, and Air-Marshal Sir John Higgins have inspected the squadron.
