NEW ZEALAND PIPER
LONDON, Sept. 15 Mr. Peter Davidson, the New Zealand pibroch champion, who is on holiday in Scotland, competed against Scotland's best pipers at Oban. He won the first prize and the Argyllshire gathering silver medal for the strathspey and reei.
