NEW DESTROYER'S TRIALS (Received September 14. 5.45 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 13 The destroyer Electra left the Tyne for trials and afterward proceeded to Portsmouth. Of the destroyers ordered under the 1931 programme Electra is the second to be completed.
