Russell (Central Hawke's Bay), E. F. Nicoll (Ashburton), J. T. Johnson (Te Awamutu), A. E. Russell (Otago), S. Blackley (Hutt Valley), M. Cable (North Island Supply Authorities), E. Hitchcock (South Island Supply Authorities), H. F. Toogood (Engineers' Association), D. McArthur (Secretaries' Committee).
