Leighton, chairman of the Waitemata Electric-Power Board, and Mr. N. M. Speer, secretary to the Auckland Electric-Power Board, returned by train yesterday morning from Wellington after attending a conference of power boards. The chairman of the Auckland board, Mr. W. J. Holdsworth, and Mr. R. G. Clark,. a member, are expected to arrive by this moniing's express.
