MODERATE TEMPERATUREB The weather report and forecast fo, New Zealand, issued last evening w the Government meteorologist, was as follows: —A shallow depression j s cross- f ing the Dominion. Pressure is rather" high over the north Tasman Sea. but ' a fresh depression is approaching from ' south-eastern Australia. The maximum temperature Was 64.4 degrees. The barometer after falling is now riv ing and registered 29.75 in. Dunedin.—Variable but fine weather was experienced yesterday. Conditionswere sunny for about two hours in the morning, but the sky was overcast throughout the afternoon.
