NO CHANGE CONTEMPLATED PROFESSIONAL OFFER REFUSED (Received August 30, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK. August 29 The English tennis champion F. J. Perry to-day refused an offer of 50,000 dollars from Mr. William O'Brien, an American promoter, to turn professional.
