POWER BOARD NOTICES PUBLIC NOTICE iB hereby given that at a Meeting of the AUCKLAND ELEC-TRIC-POWER BOARD, held on MONDAY. the 6th day of August, 1934, the resolution the purport of which is hereunder set out wag duly passed. The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Meeting of the Board to be held on MONDAY, the 3rd day of September. 1934, at 2.30 p.m., at the Board Room, Power Board Bldg., Queen Street, Auckland. PURPORT OF RESOLUTION:— 1. That the Board call .in and convert Loan of £IOO,OOO under Part V. of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926. 2. That fourteen Conversion Debentures, repayable over a period of fourteen years, aggregating £IOO,OOO and bearing Interest at 41 por cent, payable half-yearly, be issued by the Board under the Local Bodies Loans Act. *926. and exchanged for Debentures of original Loan. 3. That from the Sinking Fund of the original Loan the Board pay £1244 5s 3d as a premium to the holders of the original Debentures 4. That the existing Special Rate of oneeighth of a penny in the pound constitute the security for the Conversion Debentures. 5. That a Sinking Fund of £2650 per annum, increased as set forth in t;he Resolution, be established, and the Public Trustee appointed Sinking Fund Commissioner thereof, and that the balance of the Sinking Fund of the original Loan be added to the Sinking Fund for the new Debentures. 6 That the costs and charge# of and incidental to tho Conversion Loan not exceeding £3OO be paid out of the original Sinking Fund. A copy of the said Resolution is deposited at the Office of the Board, Power Board Building, Queen Street, Auckland, and will reirain open for public inspection until Noon on MONt>AY, the 3rd day of September, 1934.
