COLLEGE RIFLES CLUB
SMOKE CONCERT HELD There was an attendance of about 100 at a smoke concert held last night by the College Rifles Club and Fourth Battery. The chairman, Mr. T. H. Dawson, presided. Apart from members of the present battery, many of those associated with the unit since beforo the Great War were present. The chairman briofl.v reviewed the activities of the club in the past, and referred to the social work which was being done by it on behalf of the battery. He said there had been considerable progress in the fencing, boxing and shooting classes. The toast of "The King" and the silent toast were honoured, and musical items wero given.
